Tonkotsu Ramen - Rich pork bone broth. Topped with stewed menma, egg, and pork belly.

Miso Ramen - Red and white miso broth. Topped with miso pork loin, roasted corn and egg. (Can be vegetarian)

G-Special Ramen - Signature pork belly and chicken broth. Pieces of pork belly, seasoned sprouts, shiitake mushrooms and marinated egg on top. (Limited availability)

Hiyashi Chuka (Cold Ramen Salad) - Cold noodles topped with greens, corn, tomatoes, cucumbers, shiitake and marinated egg.  Served with house mage soy vinaigrette.

Served over rice or greens.

Ahi Poke - Ahi with sweet onions and cucumber. House soy ginger marinade.  

Spicy Ahi Poke - Ahi with spicy mayo, sweet onions and black tobiko.

Salmon Poke - Cured salmon with tomatoes, sweet onions, cucumbers, and black tobiko. Sweet vinegar dressing.

Hamachi Poke - Yellowtail, sweet onion, and black tobiko.  Drizzled with ginger scallion oil. (Limited availability)
